Emails are blocked as Russian: KOI8-R SZ:83532 RRS feed

  • When one of our users (abc.com) try to send an email to a domain (def.com). The def.com Internet service provider blocks the emails sent from the user at abc.com. 

    After investigations with the ISP as why the emails are blcoked. The ISP said because the email contains Russian Character. I checked back in the MS Outlook of the abc.com user and ensured the Mail code is set to "Western" and didn't find any Russian character in the email.

    Any can help why the email are detected as Russian? How to resolve it?
