  • 1. Reinstall graphics driver. If you have notebook, use drivers from computer vendor. If you have home made computer, use driver for motherboard, if video is integrated or driver for graphics card, if you have special graphics card. If driver for device is not available, use driver for graphics chip (NVIDIA, Intel, AMD,...)

    2. If reinstall has not resolve the problem, then visit support forum for games and publish your problem there. You need not be alone who have this problem.

    3. Hope you have not overclocked your computer. This may influence the behaviour. It does not hurt to diagnose memory (memtest) and HDD (with diagnostics tools from HDD vendor)

    4. If really nothing helps, then you should do diagnostics wit Process Explorer and Process Monitor from Sysinternals

    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb545021.aspx

    5. Hope you have your operating system fully updated (important updates).

    6. Hope that your game(s) is (are) compatible with operating system.

    7. For more detailed diagnostics use WinDBG

  • PS: I use Nirsoft BSOD viewer for first analysis

    http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html

    View minidump file and read parameters needed for troubleshooting steps.

    First Nirsofts Blue screen view is wrong as often as it is correct  and in this case it is incorrect.

    Second I see that you have not upgraded to Service pack one as suggest in your other thread .  You need to do that like NOW.

    Third you need to go back and run driver verifier if you ever want to resolve this issue.

    If this is the same machine as your first thread starting multiple threads slows down any response you might get.

  • BugCheck 50, {fffff900c00c07a0, 0, fffff9600070dc51, 0}

    Could not read faulting driver name

    Probably caused by : cdd.dll ( cdd!CddBitmapHw::Release+31 )

    I may be mistaken but this could be an unresolved bug:
    https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/705318/official-nvidia-335-23-whql-driver-feedback-thread-3-10-14-/?offset=636

    Both dumps point the finger at cdd.dll running different games.

    Hope this helps, Gerry

  • Please provide a copy of your System Information file. Type System Information in the Search Box above the start Button and press the ENTER key (alternative is Select Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Information). Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. Do not place the cursor within the body of the report before exporting the file. The system creates a new System Information file each time system information is accessed. You need to allow a minute or two for the file to be fully populated before exporting a copy. Please upload to your OneDrive (formerly Sky Drive), share with everyone and post a link here. Reports in normal mode preferred. Please say if the report has been obtained in safe mode.

    Please upload and share with everyone copies of your System and Application logs from your Event Viewer to your OneDrive and post a link here.

    To access the System log select Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer, from the list in the left side of the window expand Windows Logs and select System. Place the cursor on System, select Action from the Menu and Save All Events as (the default evtx file type) and give the file a name. Do the same for the Applications log. Do not provide filtered files. Do not clear logs whilst you have a continuing problem.
