  • Hi Majigougou,

    Did you do a upgrade from Lync 2013 to 2015?

    Which CMS store do you use for now, when you change the CMS store, did you do a CMS migration?

    According the result “Get-CsService -CentralManagementDatabase”, it seems you have two CMS store, it is not normal, and I think it maybe the cause.

  • Hello everyone,

    I have exactly the same problem.
    After taking the Lyncpool out of the topology, I can't delete the SQL storage.

    I opened a ticket at Microsoft today and am waiting to be contacted.

    If the related SQL store is already removed in the organization, I think you may try to modify the topology file and manually remove the information. I found some related case you could refer to:
