Whenever I shut down or restart Vista I get the error 0x0000007F. After I get the message "shutting down" a blue screen pops up and gives the error 0x0000007F;
it pops up quickly and goes away so fast that I cannot get all of the details of the error. There is a timer of sorts at the bottom of the screen that runs quickly so I cannot read what it is for. I appreciate any info. that anyone can give.
