SFB client outlook integration RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    One of the users have issues with free/busy updates in the SFB client.

    I created a new outlook profile autodiscover works fine

    I check the test-autodiscover configuraitn and i can see EWS beign published properly

    I tried to create a test meeting in outlook, the meeting scheduler displays free/busy for others

    I created SIP profile by renaming the folder C:\Users\userlogin\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\sip_user@contoso.com.au

    When i check the SFB client configuration information, EWS are blank

    EWS Internal URL;;--;
    EWS External URL;;--;
    EWS Information;;EWS not deployed;

    I wonder why the client is not able to access the EWS URLs

  • It can take up to 5 minutes to get the EWS information.

    If this is not working something with the autodiscover configuration is wrong for this user.
