    One of the RAM cards on one of our servers failed; but unfortunately we did not receive any alert through SCOM.

     Also processor of one of other servers has also gone down, but we have not received alert.

     Both of these servers are Dell (Model – PowerEdge 1950 and PowerEdge 2850). Please confirm were to tweak in MP.

    Hi Gjain,

    Have you imported the Dell hardware management pack?

    If yes, wasn't there any Readme file with the management pack when you downloaded?
