Issue visualizing a PPS 2007 SP2 Dashboard RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello all. I have a kind of akward issue visualizing a PPS 2007 SP2 Dashboard. When the Dashboard shows up, it does not show adequate colors to KPIs but instead it shows them all blue. After a few page refreshes, it shows proper colors for KPIs. BTW, blue color means great, then green that is good, yellow is acceptable and red is bad.

PPS 2007 SP2 is configured with a 64 bits MOSS 2007 SP2 web farm with two front-ends load balanced via an F5 appliance.

    Thanks,

    Guillermo

  • Hello,

Are you able to test your Dashboards outside of your web farm via F5 applicance?  I am wondering if you test environment that does not use F5 appliance.

PerformancePoint Server 2007 is not tested or supported in a F5 appliance environment.  We have seen different behavior when in this environment.

    Thanks
