Outlook app is crashing on iOS and Android devices RRS feed

  • Hello everyone,

    We have a device base of around 22K all over the globe and suddenly from the weekend onward, outlook app is crashing upon open. We have not made any changes on the Intune side and no change on the device side. Anything monthly update at the tenant level gone bad?

  • In the portal (https://devicemanagement.microsoft.com/) if you go to Tenant administration, Tenant status, you can view the Service health dashboard

    Otherwise you should log an Intune support ticket.

    Please also check the service status of the Office 365. You can view the services from the Admin portal.
