    I am unable to get Word 2016 set up so that print preview matches printer output.

    I am working with labels and some of the labels seem to have junk characters printing behind the desired text which does not appearat all in print preview? Why?

    Hi BMCCR,

    I'm not sure if I can understand your situation....

    Please check the two things:
    (1) if paper size is set correctly in Word when editing the document
    (2) if correct printer is selected, and paper size is selected correctly in Printer  when [Print] in Word

    If the above is all OK, please provide
    (3) make and model name of your printer
    (4) what is junk characters? Could you explain or insert a screenshot / share a screenshot via cloud storage such as OneDrive, Dropbox etc?
