new data in Omron HJ-720IT pedometer not recognized when connected since last update to HealthVault RRS feed

  • any ideas how to get Healthvault to recognize new data stored on my Omron HJ-720IT pedometer since last upload to HealthVault? going on 4 weeks now and keep getting same message that no new data found.

  • If your device was previously working with HealthVault, your best bet might be to contact Omron support. It's possible there is something wrong with the device. We don't know of anything in the HealthVault software that would cause this problem.
