  Hi,

   

  Is there any exact error message? Does this issue occur with other office program? Regarding it is mainly relevant to Microsoft Word 2007, I recommend you to check in Microsoft Word 2007 Solution Center and post in Office Discussion Group for a better assistance.

   

  I am guessing that some registry policy settings may be block this behavior. You can refer to the following troubleshooting:

   

  Troubleshoot saving documents

   

  You receive an error message when you try to open a file type that was blocked by your registry policy settings in Word 2010, in Word 2007, or in Word 2003
