Server blocked by outlook / SNDS RRS feed

  • I just moved a domain to a new AWS Lightsail server and I appear to have inherited a bad IP. It has been blocked from sending mails to and the SNDS service reports that the IP is "Blocked due to user complaints or other evidence of spamming".

    I have already tried filling out the "New Support Request" form with the details of this domain several times (And submitted tickets SRX1510002206ID, SRX1510002158ID, SRX1510002183ID, SRX1510012278ID). Each time the support request has taken several  days before replying just "Not qualified for mitigation" with no further details. Each time I have replied asking for more information and received no reply.

    The server has proper DKIM, DMARC, SPF and RDNS setup. It's not an open relay, doesn't send emails in bulk, nor do the users send spam.

    Where am I supposed to get in touch with support to have this issue resolved?
