Hi,
Yes, the GPT partition will breaks out the limitation of up to 2TB disk space and 4 primary partitions. Also, it's supported to Exchange server.
However, please note that:
1. We can
only convert basic MBR disks
without
any partitions or volumes into a GPT disk.
2. If we want to convert disk to GPT disk after Windows installation, we need do it by
CMD.

Note: Running the clean command
will delete all partitions or volumes on the disk.
Then, we can build partition on this GPT disk, and move Exchange database path to this disk.
