  • Thanks Allen,

But i already applied the above commands,

    Set-TransportConfig -MaxReceiveSize 30MB -MaxSendSize 30M

    Set-Adsitelink DEFAULTIPSITELINK -MaxMessageSize unlimited

    Set-SendConnector "<Connectorname>"-MaxMessageSize 30MB

    Set-ReceiveConnector "<Connectorname>"-MaxMessageSize 30MB

there is no configuration left at my mailserver side, but finally i got the sollution at my SMG (Symantech Messaging Gateway) which is my gateway of network. I changed these settings at SMG's config...

I changed the size 25MB on both Inbound and Outbound SMTP settings in SMG.

    Thanks to All...

  • Hi,

    read NDR report.

check Diagnostic Information, generating server is your internal or external.

  • Hi,

there are different limits in Exchange.

Please check organization config and user's limits:

    Get-Mailbox <MailboxIdentity> | ft Name, Maxsendsize, maxreceivesize
    get-transportconfig | ft maxsendsize, maxreceivesize

You can find more information here:

    Understanding message size limits

Is it NDR from your server? Those limits could be set on destination server also.

  • Get-TransportConfig

What do you see for MaxSendSize and MaxReceiveSize?

You can use Set-TransportConfig to change it.

  • Hi

There are some limit set in IIS if you use Activesync or OWA.

Check this website and modify the values you need to : https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh529949(v=exchg.150).aspx
