MIM 2016 - Helpdesk assisted Password-Reset/Account-Unlock RRS feed

    We have below requirement with one of our customers and am looking for any help/guidance,

    "Helpdesk assisted Password Reset/Account Unlock for End Users"

    We have factored MIM SSPR options for same but customer also wants Helpdesk assisted Password Reset/Acount Unlock along with it. Below are few use-case where Helpdesk is needed,

    1. if the end user wants to reset-password/Unlock-Account before he has set his Challenge Q&A.
    2. If the end user wants to reset-password/Unlock-Account but he has forgot answers to his Challenge Questions.
    3. Top Management people might not be very keen in using MIM SSPR. They might want Helpdesk to do the same.

    Not sure if MIM provides any out of the box solution for this. I did come across a reference in technet which mentions that there are no put of the box options and suggests to build a custom workflow but I am not familiar with custom workflows so need your help in figuring out a solution/workaround.

    Could someone please let me know.
