How to determine which users are using concurrent license in App-V RRS feed

    I would like to know if there is a way to determine which users are using a particular concurrent license of an application.

    For example, if I had setup a concurrent license of 10 licenses for Microsoft Word and 10 users are using it. Then an eleventh user tries to use Word and gets an error message that all the licenses are used up. The user contacts the helpdesk looking for help. Is there a way to determine who the 10 users who are currently using Word?

    The product does not provide real-time information of this type (there once was some real-time server side information but that was removed in 4.0 and would not have solved your issue anyway).  However, I believe that the information you want is in the database and could be pulled out by a custom report.  Microsoft does not document the database structure but it is straightforward enough.
