How to check that there are some changes in search profle in FAST ESP RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi

When we are making changes in search profile, we are clicking "publish" button for publishing the changes from SBC UI. Is there any way to check that search profile has been changed so that we can run a script to export the search profile.

As per my understanding we can track with changes in some files(updated time stamp) whenever we are clicking on "publish" button.

I want to know that is there  any specific file related to search profile which records the "update status" within it?

  • Ashish,
Am not sure there is a file we can check for the time stamp.
When there are any changes that have published within the search profile, there should be 'Last Published' timestamp under the 'publishing tab, that should reflect the last time there was an update.
The other alternative would be to look at the timestamp in the postgres tables within the db.
