  • Hi philipwegh.

    Open the "Application" log in the Windows Event Viewer and check for any record that could be related to these Windows Explorer's crashes.
    Sometimes this kind of problem can be due to a Windows Explorer extension that must be disabled: download and run ShellExView to see the complete list of the Windows Explorer's extensions; disable all of them and then re-enable each of them on a one by one basis, until you find again the one that is causing Windows Explorer to crash.
