Cannot connect to Lync. Sign In problem RRS feed

  • I was able to access lync till yesterday. All of the sudden, I'm not able to connect . Do know what went wrong.

    Please help.

    Based on your description, I understand that your issue is intermittent.

    For this issue, we suggest you try the following troubleshooting steps:
    1. Use another normal SFB client test if there is same issue.
    2. Try to delete SFB cache files and test again: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync\sip_UserName@Domain.com
    3. Do a clean boot on your computer: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135
    4. If the issue persists, please try to repair office.
