    I have a Win8 Helix Laptop

    Can no longer open or copy Offline files/folders received Access denied messages

    Other users can login and their offline folder access and sync to the share works with no issues

    Need to retrieve the offline data for the user before I try to clear the cache

    I can open and view offline files from the Sync Center but I can not copy .. access denied message

    The sync fails as well with access denied messages for every file

    Any thoughts are welcome

    Hi,

    Please check if there is any event created in System and Application of Event Viewer.

    Did your PC join the domain?

    Did you encrypt your offline files?

    Could you make new files/folders available for offline use?

    Please try to use clean boot to see if the issue still occur.
