unable to connect to the internet RRS feed

  • I have contacted AT&T. they were unable to help. I downloaded windows 10 and am unable to connect to the internet. the operating system will not allow me to connect.  it was suggested that I contact Microsoft. I called Microsoft and have been on hold for over a 1/2 hr.

    Online support seems to be very busy at the moment, also in forums here, if possible, please explain the issue clearly and then we will have a better understanding of the situation, with more proper suggestions.
