    I have just got windows 10 like may and I was greeted with a bad pool caller error while watching youtube I looked it up and did I did scans and backups like crazy with nortan and I also fixed my performance I haven't seen a error scence then is it over with or should I be worried about if its still there?

    Well that would be one of those blue screens, so Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) (guide by Team ZigZag) describes how to find and upload the dump file(s) for analysis may tell us more. But if just that one, then hey it had a smiley face? So worry not, well just not yet...

    What is the exact error message?
    what is the exact symptom?
    To understand the issue more clearly and get a better support, please share us more details of the issue.

    If it is a blue screen issue, dump files are very useful to troubleshoot it. please upload the dump files as Mr Happy said.
