Help with touchpad

  Look inside Control Panel and there should be a ClickPad icon.  Inside there you can disable various settings, including the tap to click options - or even disable the ClickPad entirely.

  I've done like you said on all my previous computers but on this one there is no such option there. I think it's really weird. I also checked the website but cudn't find it there either. Thanks for the answer :)

  In that case I would just hit up HP's support site and make sure you've got the current driver & utilities installed... won't hurt to be current and would likely fix your problem! :)
