Recurring meeting acceptance outlook 2013 RRS feed

  • Question

  • I got a recurring meeting request from a colleague in outlook 2013. When I try to accept it, it request me to accept every single occurrences of the meeting. So if the meeting is recurring for 120 times, I need to accept it for 120 times. Is there anyway to accept them in one shot?

  • Hi,

Basically, we only need to accept once of a recurring meeting. Outlook 2013 doesn't request you to accept each single occurrence.

Does this issue happen with all recurring meetings? Please ask another colleague to send a recurring meeting to you to see if you can reproduce this issue again.

If this issue can't be reproduced, I'd like to know what mail client the specific colleague is using. You may ask the specific colleague to send a new recurring meeting to you again to see the result. If this issue only happen with recurring meetings send from the specific colleague, it means the problem lies with the colleague side.

Please let me know the result.
