Migrating EnterpriseVoice users form on-prem to O365: several accounts show as voiceenabled: False RRS feed

  • Migrating users from on-prem pool to O365.  Hybrid in place.  Users are EV enabled and in full use on-prem currently.

    When moved 80 test users, approximately 25 users had their voice setting go to false.

    Any idea how to have this not happen?  Have over 1000 more to go and don't want this to happen.
