Projected Report Graph RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am using the MS Project Report space to generate 4 charts to present to the customer at our reviews. Currently, I have:

    • Earned Value chart (ACWP, BCWP, BCWS on a cost vs. date graph)
    • Scheduled and Actual Work (Cumulative Work, Cumulative Actual work on a work hours vs date graph)
    • Schedule and Cost performance (SPI, CPI on an Index vs. date graph)
    • Scheduled Remaining and Cumulative Work (Remaining Cumulative Work, Cumulative Work on an hours vs. date graph)

What I would like to show is the new projected schedule. I can overlay the cumulative cost of the original baseline projected schedule, and I would like to also overlay how the projected schedule has changed (more/less hours added/removed from the schedule should reflect a change in cost which I would like to show visually). How can I do this?

    Thanks,

  • I believe I have accomplished what I intended. It was real simple.

I had my BCWS dropping to zero after the current date. I wanted to see this line span through the end of the project. I just needed to change my status date to the end of the project and my charts showed the information I needed.
