Additional day off in every 4 weeks RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi: In "FT Hours" column shows an full employee works 8 hours per shift M-F excl public holidays. I am trying to create a custom column in Power Query to show every 4 weeks an employee gets an additional 1 day off (8hr shift).

    Different scenario:

I also want to create a another custom column (based on the Date Column) to show an employee works 2 days followed by 2 nights then 4 days off and then gets 2 days off on 21st working days and pattern continues for the entire financial year.

Please see the link below. Thanks

  • Forgot to mention one more thing in relation to my previous post (for second scenario). Weekends and public holidays do not apply. Which mean an employee works:

    01/07/2018    Day Shift

    02/07/2018    Day Shift

    03/07/2018    Night Shift

    04/07/2018    Night Shift

    05/07/2018    Day off

    06/07/2018    Day off

    07/07/2018    Day off

    08/07/2018  Day off

    …...

    continues throughout the year

  • Hi M.Awal. Were you able to find a solution for this?
