    Hi,

    I am currently installing FEP 2010 in my company. I realized that after installation, some machine have both Microsoft Forefront Endpoint Protection 2010 Server Management and Microsoft Forefront Endpoint Protection 2010 installed on them.

    Please could you please explain what Microsoft Forefront Endpoint Protection 2010 Server Management and what is its use. and is it a necessity?

    Hi,

    As far as i know, FEP can both protect your server and client. when your FEP is protecting your servers, you can centralized control them.
