    Hey all I hope someone can answer this for me.

    All of my XP desktops are currently running XP sp3. We just installed a SCE 2007 box and downloaded all the patches in the MS database. Needless to say there are thousands

    Here is my question can I just approve every update for the desktops, and the patches that are pre-sp3 will detect sp3 and just not install??
    Or is there a way to filter all patches and updates post sp3 that I cannot find?

    Hi,

    Like you said, the udpate will detect the version of your Windows XP, the pre-sp3 will not be installed on the clients.
