Blank Chats? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Dear All,

I've got a problem. We use Skype For Business at work. And I am in Home Office for a few days now.

Unfortunately I can't use it properly. When I click the notification bubble after receiving a new message, the chat window opens but it's empty. I can't see the chat history or the new message.

When I wanna write a message, there is just "one line". When I reach the end of the window it doesn't "jump" to a new row, it just continues writing but I am not able to see what I am writing cause the cursor is "out of the window".

I hope someone understands my problem. I've tried a lot what I have googled but nothing has helped. I've tried making everything "smaller", or deleting cache. Restart or re  install hasn't worked either.

Can someone help me with that?

    Kind regards.

  • Hi MrHalliwell!

Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?

If this issue is only happened on your account, we recommend you try to change another computer device to see if this issue still persist.

If there is no issue in another device, we recommend you check your display settings in your computer. Go to the EASE OF ACCESS-DISPLAY SETTINGS-MAKE TEXT BIGGER feature and decrease the text size to 100% to see if it works.

Besides, you could also try to recreate your user’s profile to see if this issue can be fixed.

    Best Regards,
    Jimmy Yang
