SCSM HTML 5 Portal is not Mapping User CI

We just deployed the SCSM HTML 5 portal into production. Any time we have a query picket that is a USER CI (other CI types work), it does not map to the User Input. It is simply blank. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hey,

are all the latest portal updates installed? I think there was an issue with a similar behavior that was resolved by an update...

Hey,

Yes. But I had copied some code from an old blog post that was using the bugged code. after comparing to a fresh install I found the lines that had changed and corrected them.
