SCSM HTML 5 Portal is not Mapping User CI RRS feed

  • We just deployed the SCSM HTML 5 portal into production. Any time we have a query picket that is a USER CI (other CI types work), it does not map to the User Input. It is simply blank. Has anyone else experienced this?

    are all the latest portal updates installed? I think there was an issue with a similar behavior that was resolved by an update...

  • Yes. But I had copied some code from an old blog post that was using the bugged code. after comparing to a fresh install I found the lines that had changed and corrected them.
