Call Forwarding issues RRS feed

  • Hello I just came accross an interesting issue

    We have Lync 2010 SE connected to an audiocodes m800

    When a user call forwards or Sim ring their desk phone and a call come in the call forwarded number is not getting the correct call display and I think I see why but not sure why it is happaning

    Watching the syslogs on the audiocodes I see the call come in then go back out but it is replacing the calling id such as

    5872152387 | 5872152387 | 2| 1| +14035137207 | 7207 ......

    so 5872152387 called 4035137207 and all is good but then the CF happens and changes it to

    enterprise5872152387 | ntprise5872152387 | 2 | 1 | 5872152387 | 5872152387

    So I get why it dropps the E in enterprise as I have a rul;e to delete the 1 digit on the left but where is it getting the word enterprise from in lync ?

  • I was able to al;ter the outgoing number within my audicodes to manipulate the text out but I did notice on the Lync 2010 reporting server that an external PSTN call to an internal Lync number, the external number is being tagged as internal

    this may be the issue and I am not sure where I change this
