    t.ca.msn.com is the 't' for 'tablet' version of their website....the layout of the page is optimized or tablet devices and screens.

    click the desktop link to switch to the Desktop version of the site.

    Post consumer questions about IE to http://answers.microsoft.com (Help>Online Support menu from IE)... Include links to any websites you are having problems with your questions.

    The t.msn is the all new msn for windows 8. I suggest you to refer to the article mentioned below to know about the all new msn for Windows 8.

    You may also try this:

    Select Desktop from Metro Screen,
    Select Internet Explorer from task bar
    Right Click on the home Icon in the upper right, check to see menu bar is checked
    on the menu bar select tools, and compatibility view settings.
    check display all websites in compatibility view.

    Now, you should be able to view www.msn.com now.
