  • Hi sas,

    Thank you for your question.

Is there the same issue on OWA?

We could restart IIS service to check if the issue persist.

Owing to phone cache, old password still work, we could restart the phone to check if the issue persist.

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

    Best Regard,

    Jim

  • Exchange retains the security information that a user used to access his/her mailbox for up to two hours.  You can shorten this period by changing the Mailbox Cache Age Limit (in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\ParametersSystem key on your mailbox servers), according to the following KB:  http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/327378
