Simply i need to generate exceel sheet from the sharepoint, which get its data from more than one list

which mean we need to export (Employee) list items in sheet 1 and Customers list items in sheet 2 or in the same sheet 1 but in the same excel file

we use win 2003 server, sharepoint 2003

  • I can't think of any way on which this can be done out of the box.  Exporting to spreadsheet is a single list affair and your only real option would have been content aggregration, but in SPS/SharePont 2003, that was a horribly messy affair.

I imagine you'll have to look at restructuring your data, or export them all as individual lists and combine them in Excel.

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
