Message Coming in one of user as Trail Period for this product is expired RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    We have intranet portal for our organisation, and yestarday. Once when trying to open infopath form(published at form library) it gave message as

    "Trail Period for this product is expired"

    But this user when tried opening same link at different computer it didn't gave any messages.

    Also no other user is experiencing this problem.

    Also other user also tried at his laptop they all face the same problem,,

    We tried several things like:

    1. Clearing the browser cache.

    2. Clearing temp folder.

    3. Installed new browser and tried link there.

    4. Disabled the antivirus

    All these options didn't work.

    Pls advise what would be the issue..

  • Hi,

    Issue is sorted only by formatting the user system. All other attempts was not successful.

    Very strange issue but cannot able to trace the exact cause.

  • Hi Sandeep,

    It is not easy to tell the reasons that caused this issue, has the issue happened since the first time the user opened infopath form, or worked well before and happened after specific time?

    I have seen a similar issue, the error disappeared after rebooting of the machine, as to narrow down this issue, you may have a try.

    If it isn’t the issue, please feel free to let me know.
