SS and SAM RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • Hi all,
I have one pc loaded with SS (no problems so far). I also am running Comprise's SAM time management tool. In order to get SAM to load, I had to uncheck the setting "Only allow programs to run in the Program Files Group"  (or something like that). My question is, what other loopholes, if any, are left open while unchecking this option? Should I be really worried? I've been running the pc for the public in this fashion for about a month, and so far I haven't noticed anything (nor has anyone reported anything), but I wanted to ask folks here if there is something I'm missing in doing so. If you can tell me specifically, that would be great. Give me some scenarios please

  • We have been working with Comprise on a new image of our SAM machines.

What I am running into is SAM will start but the icons in the lower right will not appear - - - any ideas there would be appreicated.
