Unable to Push Client. Need assistance

Hello,
I am attempting to push the SCCM client to a test computer but I keep receiving errors when attempting to do so. I made sure that the SCCM service account has local admin right to the client computer, I also ensured all firewalls are turn off and ports are opened, but every time I continue to send a push, I keep receiving failed error message shown below. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,
Did the machine previously install the Intune agent or does it currently has the Intune agent?
I found a blog , it shows the similar error in ccmsetup.log with you:
