Passing parameters during installation Firefox app-V

Question
-
Hi,
I start to virtualize Firefox and i made a script to modify default URL, proxy, ...
I don't know how i can launch this script during package installation.
I begin test to add the script to the OSD, but i think it will play every time firefox will launch.
If you have an idea how i can make this ?
regards.

So,
I try another way. I put my script in the virtual package and i made a program without shortcut. Then I launch it with a "sfttray" command line at the end of my installation.
Thanks again for all replies.

Hello,
App-V doesn't offer any possibilities to run scripts while installing the package. If you want to - you can modify the MSI (if you use the standalone distribution method).
App-Vs native scripting possibilites are explained here;http://www.tmurgent.com/osd_illustrated.aspx

Before sequencing Firefox, install it and customise it to your liking, then take a copy of prefs.js and deploy into the package as a preference. Follow the guide here for virtualising Firefox: http://blog.stealthpuppy.com/virtualisation/sequencing-mozilla-firefox-7/

Hi Aaron,
I can't customise it during sequencing, because my company have a lot of sites and the proxy and default url change frequently.
SO i will try with OSD file and i send you a feed back soon.
Thanks
