  • I have created a service request template and published the service offering, created a workflow with a criteria for when in progress assigned to user should get an email but am not getting any notifications.

    Notifications for incidents however work so i now my channel is OK.

    i am an SCSM noob so may you please help on where i might be going wrong or with detailed steps of what i need to do.

    Using SCSM 2016
