School solution RRS feed

  • Question

  • HI, We are a large primary school in NSW and have 80 DELL tablets running Windows 8.1. Up to 30 students share between 2&4 per class. These are not student devices, they belong to the school and are shared between many and change from year to year.

Teachers have set up their own personal M/S accounts but we can only download apps from home which is a huge issue. When they do this the STUDENT drive changes into the teacher's name and password and can access their information etc. When we set up another drive again called STUDENTS the installed apps can not be seen there.

We need a school account set up please so that multiple users can log onto any device in the school but where only teachers can have access to the store to install apps.

We also need a solution so that we can install apps at school as teachers shouldn't need to take these home to install apps.

We also need to be able to install/deploy apps onto numerous devices for students to use. we are currently only downloading free apps.

We can't have students logging in with their own microsoft account as many of our students are unable to do this (from 4 1/2 years of age or have learning difficulties).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
