2 work numbers display for user RRS feed

    a user of mine has 2 work numers displaying under her drop down in communicator.

    the firs number is pulled from AD and is in the proper format (555) 555-5555. The second number is her old number we replaced and is showing in the E.164 format and I can't seem to get rid of it.

    I have tried abserver.exe -syncnow and regenUR, i have also tried deleting my own galcontacts.db but the issue remain.

    Hi,

    Please refer the thread http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/ocsplanningdeployment/thread/2eba36f4-0f0e-4ba1-8e8e-cdd5259269f5 and delete GAL contacts db on the affected user machine.

    Hi,

    Can you find the old number existing in the lync work Phone(lync client--tools--options--phones)?

    Do you still can find the old number in contact card of outlook and lync?
