MS Surface unit is not starting RRS feed

    I have a situation in one of MS surface units that after connecting the unit to the electrical power for the very first time and pushing the ON/Standby button (after turning on the AC/Main rocker switch), after 2 seconds, the unit made a sound of electrical switch turn off (as if it was due to overload protection) and then the unit has disconnected all power.

     

    Now, no way to get the unit connected to the electrical power. I have checked all connection, power rating and the cables, everything appeared normal and proper.

    This has been solved by replacing the whole PC unit. The cause was from the power supply unit failure.
