i know m posing question again bcoz in last thread no one answer properly. so i put it in more simple way
i m using windows 7 64 bit . i installed share point 2010 foundation
now i got this error when i tried to "OPEN With Explorer ". your client doesn't support opening this list with windows explorer
WebClient service is running and its Startup type is manual. Upload Multiple documents is available and i can upload multiple documents.
only prb is that i cant "open with explorer".
Help me

Thanks for your post.
What’s the version of your IE browser?
This can also happen if you are using Internet Explorer 6 and the URL to the Document Library is longer than 100 characters

The original poster indicated that he was using Windows 7, so neither Windows Server 2008 nor Internet Explorer 6 should have been issues.
I've been experiencing similar issues, so I've been checking out other posts on this topic. If I find anything helpful, I will add a comment on this thread.

Hi,
I am using window 7 32 bit even then it gives the same error. It works for me 2 days before and after that it gives error but no change in the client PC and sever . I am using Form based authentication.
Server - windows server 2008 R2 and "Desktop experience" feature installed and webclient is started manually.(No MS office installed)
Client PC - webclient is started manually and running onces the open in explore get clicked.(MS office 2010)
client integration tools get enabled.
IIS ->WebServer > Role Service > WebDav Publishing - Not installed
IE 9- Protected mode - off
Please tell me what is the system requirement for this feature to work?
