Moved SCCM to new server, now compliance reports show 0% RRS feed

  • Question

  • I recently moved my SCCM server to a virtual server. I made the mistake of renaming the old server while it was still on the domain. I named the new server the same as the old original name. Everything seems to be working with the exception of when I do my monthly updates, the compliance % in the monitoring section shows all workstations as unknown.

I am thinking possibly the clients are not talking back to the server to report they received the package.

Any tips on how I can get this resolved?

  • Did you do a backup and restore to move your CM12 server to a VM?

Have you checked to make sure that the clients are healthy?
