SCSM 2012 R2 Extended Properties

I was wondering if anyone had any issues with being able to view extended properties under the General tab in the SM console. I use to see user input under the General tab under User Input. I would map user responses to extended classes in a Service Request. Now that I have install the self-service portal I cannot see any user input.

Has anyone ran into this issue?
