    Working with Skype for Business web api to open an anonymous web chat with a client running meeting. Getting an error on the login process when the service tries to hit https://skypeexternal./WebTicket/oauthtoken - 499 response, client timeout.  Wondering if anyone has run across this before and knows where to go from here.
