  • I have been facing this problem since the past 4 days whenever i close down my yahoo messenger.

  • Sir, First i want you to install the Service pack 1 for Windows 7 : http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=5842

     

    After that Upload the file from  C:\Windows\minidump\103111-19172-01.dmp  ino SkyDrive.
