  • Looking at the error it seems that the reporting database is not in sync with the Published database

    You can try below steps to perform RDB refresh but I would recommend that you first take the backup of the Project DB's and restore them in your test server. Post this provision a PWA in the test environment.

    The you have to start backing up and then restoring your Custom Fields and Lookup tables through Server Settings, Administrative Backup and Restore options will initiate a rebuild of the reporting database which hopefully would correct any mis-match.  The job can take a while and it can look as though little is happening, but you should eventually see all queue jobs complete.
    ====================
    1. Log into your PWA site with Administrative rights.
    2. Click Server Settings.
    3. Click Administrative Backup.
    4. Click the check box by "Enterprise Custom Fields" and click Backup.
    5. Verify the Backup Queue Job has processed through the Queue (PWA > Server
    Settings > Manage Queue).
    6. From the Server Settings page, click Administrative Restore.
    7. From the drop-down menu, select "Enterprise Custom Fields" and click Restore.

  • Rohit,

    I agree with Dinesh's recommendations, however RDB refresh should be last option to address data mismatch issue, since this is a time consuming and heavy on the resource job, if you are dealing with large data set.

    If you are experiencing this issue with specific project, save for sharing option could fix your issue very easily.
