On-Prem PBX integration with SFB Online RRS feed

    Can someone provide guide to integrate On-Premise PBX (Sonus SPS) with SFB online? or refer any articles for the same.

    You could refer to the following Sonus document to find the details about Integrating With Office 365. If you do not have on-premise SFB environment, you need to deploy CCE.

    In addition, you could also contact the Sonus provider and ask them about the integration steps.

  • Hi,

    We have On-Premise SFB 2015 with Enterprise voice enabled with PBX. We wanted to migrate users to SFB Online without changing existing phone numbers and continue to use On-Premise PBX. 

    i am going through the article which you refereed and update you the status.

  • Hi Nivaspa,

    It is possible to do this, you need to assign the SFB license and Direct Routing license for those users who need to assign the Enterprise Voice function.
